First and Second Reading of By-Laws RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED THAT the following by-laws be given first and second reading: by-law 2021-8522 being a by-law to sell land on Kamiskotia Road to Corey Champagne by-law 2021-8523 being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding between the City and the Timmins Economic Development Corporation to authorize the distribution of funds from the Municipal Transient Accommodation Tax by-law 2021-8524 being a by-law to enter into an agreement with Rehrig Pacific Company regarding the purchase of waste and recycling carts by-law 2021-8525 being a by-law to authorize the special levy charge upon businesses in the Business Improvement Area
MOTIONS OF COUNCIL 2021 Rent Freeze Implementation under Bill 204 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Timmins support the attached resolution from the District of Cochrane Social Services Administration Board; AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Timmins sends a letter of support to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
