Declaration of Surplus Land and Direct Land Sale re: Hallnor Road BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council hereby declares the subject land, Whitney Con 4 Pt Broken Lot 7, Plan 6R-8945, Parts 1-3, Plan 6R-5752, Part 2, Part of Part 3, Parcel 13461 WAT, Whitney Township as surplus to the needs of the municipality and offers the property for direct sale to Sarjeant Co. Ltd.
Amend Resolution 18-304 re: Cochrane District Social Services Administration Board (CDSSAB) BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council does hereby amend resolution 18-304 by removing George Pirie and appointing Rock Whissell to the Cochrane District Social Services Administration Board.
