MOTIONS OF COUNCIL Family Fun Day Parade BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the City of Timmins hereby agrees to close the road and parking lot at the Hollinger Skate Path on February 20, 2023 from 11:00 am until 2:30 pm for the Family Fun Day Parade; FURTHER THAT The City provide barricades, 2 large garbage containers and 2 large recycling containers; AND FURTHER THAT the Timmins Community Parks Association provide the City with an insurance certificate in the amount of 5 million dollars naming the City of Timmins as an additional insured; AND FURTHER THAT a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Timmins Police Service, Timmins Fire Department, Timmins Transit, Timmins Public Works Department, Timmins Maintenance Department and t he Enforcement Services Department.
2023-8790-Amend Zoning By-law 2011-7100 re: 35 Father Costello Drive BE IT RESOLVED THAT By-law 2023-8790 being a by-law to amend Zoning By-law 2011-7100 regarding 35 Father Costello Drive be given third and final reading and be enacted and passed.
