2022 Council Remuneration BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council accepts and receives the 2022 Council Remuneration Report as submitted by the Director of Finance and Treasurer.
Timmins Public Library request for parking lot closure re: Community Event BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council does hereby approve the closure of the Library parking lot beside the library on April 12, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm for the "Optimus against Bullying" presentation. AND FURTHER THAT the City provide barricades in order to stop access to the parking lot behind the Transit from Spruce and from Second Avenue; AND FURTHER THAT the City provide portable bleachers; AND FURTHER THAT the City approves the alternate date of April 13th with the same request should the date need to be changed due to weather; AND FURTHER THAT a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Timmins Police Service, Timmins Fire Department, Timmins Maintenance Department, and Timmins Finance Department.
