REPORTS AND RESOLUTIONS a) Centre Culturel La Ronde re: Timmins Fall Fair Outdoor Beer Garden THAT COUNCIL does hereby support the outdoor special event beer garden, held during the Timmins Fall Fair for the Le Centre Culturel La Ronde to be held in the Moutntjoy Arena parking lot on September 11th, 2015 from 6:00 pm to 1:00 am: That the licensed area, hosted by the Centre Culturel La Ronde, contained and surrounded by perimeter fencing at a minimum height of 42 inches and will be within a 60 feet by 140 feet tent with a Special Occasion permit for serving alcohol. That the Timmins Fall Fair and Centre Culturel La Ronde be exempt from the City of Timmins Noise By-law 2006-6339 September 11th, 2015 until 1am. AND FURTHER THAT a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Timmins Police Services and Timmins Fire Department. AND FURTHER THAT liability insurance in the amount of $2 million dollars be provided naming the City as a co-insured.

BYLAWS a) 2015-7716 - Donation of Land on Lover's Lane from Mr. Cosco BE IT RESOLVED THAT BY-LAW 2015-7716 being a by-law to authorize the acquisition of land through donation on Lover's Lane be given first and second reading. BE IT RESOLVED THAT BY-LAW 2015-7716 being a by-law to authorize the acquisition of land through donation on Lover's Lane be given third and final reading and be enacted and passed. b) 2015-7717 - Deeming By-Law re: Wallingford Road - Lamontagne BE IT RESOLVED THAT BY-LAW 2015-7717 being a by-law to approve the deeming by-law for Mark and Corrine Lamontagne at 192 Wallingford Road be given first and second reading.
